Southern Tier Aquatics (STAQ) is a competitive swim club committed to fostering growth and excellence in each swimmer.

Our mission is rooted in providing a dynamic team atmosphere and enhancing competitive prowess for all swimmers in the Southern Tier.  STAQ is dedicated to promoting healthy habits and cultivating strength of character in our athletes.

We are excited to announce our 2024 Spring & Summer Competitive Swim Team!  Our sessions will run April 29th-May 31st (Spring), and June 3rd-August 16th (Summer). We are pleased to be offering our Stroke & Water Safety School program! Designed for beginners who already know how to swim, our Stroke & Water Safety School program will teach four competitive stokes with the focus on Freestyle and Backstroke and fundamentals of Breaststroke and Butterfly.  Participants will learn stroke techniques, kicking efficiency, balancing body in the water and be introduced to diving into the water.  With the emphasis on personal safety skills, our program will ensure that our swimmers are building comfort and confidence in water.
